Beauty students visit children at Lister Hospital
This week, students studying Beauty at Oaklands College visited the children's ward at Lister Hospital in Stevenage to spread some festive cheer.
STEVENAGE — This week, students studying Beauty at Oaklands College visited the children’s ward at Lister Hospital in Stevenage to spread some festive cheer.
Students helped spread the Christmas cheer to children on a variety of wards by giving festive glitter tattoos and playing with children.
Jane Shaw, part of the Voluntary Services at the East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust said: “I want to say a big thank you to the students who came to the wards this week.
The children and staff really enjoyed seeing you, and getting into the Christmas spirit with their festive glitter tattoos, it was wonderful to see how thrilled they were! I hope the students enjoyed their visit.”
