We offer courses which in just a few hours will give you the confidence to prepare your next healthy lunch, great dinner or tasty feast. We've hosted a Three Bird Roast Masterclass to get prepped for Christmas and enjoyed a sell out Chocolatier masterclass ahead of Valentines Day. Remember - you don't need a certain level of experience, ingredients or equipment - just bring yourself on the day and let your chefs take it from there.

We offer a variety of cookery courses during the academic year. It's a great opportunity for youย to learn from award-winning chefs and have some fun doing it! Classes take place in a professional kitchen space at Oaklands College where we train our students.
The Stables can be a great place for groups to come together and learn the art of cooking. We offer a variety of courses suitable for groups of six to 10 people, with any larger bookings subject to availability.
These four hour bite size courses are suitable for corporate team building events or your next day out with friends.By booking an exclusive group you can enjoy a shared experience to bring people together - it creates a great atmosphere and gets the group talking.
