Festive Floral Designs: Wed 22 Nov, 18:45-21:15
Overview
Make the festive period extra special by creating you own Christmas door wreath and a festive table decoration with candle. Learn how to incorporate Christmas baubles and other accessories into designs. During the course you will gain an understanding of the health and safety aspects of floral design. The use of tools and equipment. Choose plant material and flowers for designs and condition plant material. The course is for beginners and those who have attended a previous floristry course.
The cost of the flowers/ material is not included in the fee. A list is sent prior to the start of the course.
Am I right for the course?
If you are new to floral design or have previous experience then this short course will be suitable.
The tutor will adapt the design to cater for students who have no previous experience and those who have attended a previous floristry course.
Observation Class discussion / encouragement, assessment of completed arrangements
Learners are required to bring flowers and material. A list will be sent one week prior to course commencement.

Fees
16-18 years old, no tuition fees apply to Full Time courses and fees subject to confirmation. Additional costs applicable to BHS courses.
For all two year courses fees shown above are per year.
Aged 19+ and planning to take a level 3 or above a different fee may apply. You may be eligible for an Advanced Learning Loan.
All HE courses (full and part time) are subject to tuition fees.
