Overview

This qualification is designed for those who wish to learn how to improve their personal health and well-being. The qualification enables learners to gain knowledge and understanding of the positive effects of exercise on long-term health and well-being and implementing an exercise plan with the appropriate nutritional requirements.

Course Content - What will I learn?

To be awarded the Level 2 Certificate in Improving Personal Exercise, Health and Nutrition, learners are required to successfully complete 3 mandatory units virtually:

Unit 01 Understand health, well-being and exercise
Unit 02 Understand the role of nutrition in exercise
Unit 03 Plan and prepare for personal exercise and nutrition

Am I right for the course?

If you are looking to expand your knowledge and gain an understanding of:

The impact of diet, nutrition and exercise on their personal health
Safe and appropriate exercise
The importance of personal motivation and setting goals and targets

Any qualification at Level 1 or above including maths & English at grade 3 or above.

This qualification will be delivered, assessed and assured in line with the NCFE guidelines.

16-18 years old, no tuition fees apply to Full Time courses and fees subject to confirmation. Additional costs applicable to BHS courses.

For all two year courses fees shown above are per year.

Aged 19+ and planning to take a level 3 or above a different fee may apply. You may be eligible for an Advanced Learning Loan.

All HE courses (full and part time) are subject to tuition fees.
