Multiple Intervention C – NHS – March Excel

course

Overview

This course is suitable for those who have basic knowledge of Excel, or those that have a used the application but need to improve their skills on the main elements of this software package.
Over the four sessions you will be introduced to the standard options available in Excel and focus in on specific elements used in the workplace. We will cover the basics you need to know to use Excel more confidently, including simple formulas and functions, formatting spreadsheets, protection and creating graphs/charts.
We will also be covering essential maths skills you need to navigate Excel formulas and graphs.

Course details:

MPLYCWNS/1 will run Mondays 26th Feb, 4th March, 11th March, 18th March.
MPLYCWNH/1 will run Mondays 25th March, 15th April, 22nd April, 29th April.

Time: 4pm to 6.30pm.

Venue: Room BB005, Oaklands College Welwyn Garden City campus.

Am I right for the course?

This Multiply funded course is open to anyone who is resident in the county of Hertfordshire who was aged 19 plus on the 1st August 2024.

You should have some experience of using Excel and be competent in IT with a good command of the English language.

16-18 years old, no tuition fees apply to Full Time courses and fees subject to confirmation. Additional costs applicable to BHS courses.

For all two year courses fees shown above are per year.

Aged 19+ and planning to take a level 3 or above a different fee may apply. You may be eligible for an Advanced Learning Loan.

All HE courses (full and part time) are subject to tuition fees.
