Early Years Educator Apprenticeship

course

Overview

Building on the foundation of early years practice, this apprenticeship prepares individuals to take on more specialised roles in early childhood education. It covers advanced topics in child development, curriculum planning, and assessment techniques. Apprentices learn to design and deliver educational programs that promote children’s learning and development, with a focus on individual needs and inclusive practices. The course also emphasises the importance of working collaboratively with families and other professionals to support children’s overall well-being. Apprentices will develop the skills necessary to lead educational activities, assess children’s progress, and ensure a safe and stimulating learning environment.
