Operations Manager Apprenticeship
Overview
The Operations Manager Apprenticeship prepares individuals for overseeing and improving organisational processes. The curriculum includes strategic planning, resource management, and operational efficiency techniques. Apprentices learn to analyse business operations, implement improvements, and manage change effectively. Key areas of study include financial planning, risk management, and compliance with industry regulations. The apprenticeship also emphasises leadership skills, focusing on how to manage teams, communicate effectively, and resolve conflicts. By the end of the program, apprentices will be equipped to take on significant responsibilities in managing operations within a business.

If you are looking to earn while you learn, an apprenticeship is a great way to get experience and get qualified.
GCSE Maths grade 9 – 4 and GCSE English grade 9 – 4.
You should be employed, or have an employer willing to sponsor you. Applications are assessed on a case by case basis.

What Next?
Full-time employment. Upon completion, you can also progress to a higher level apprenticeship or qualification.

16-18 years old, no tuition fees apply to Full Time courses and fees subject to confirmation. Additional costs applicable to BHS courses.
For all two year courses fees shown above are per year.
Aged 19+ and planning to take a level 3 or above a different fee may apply. You may be eligible for an Advanced Learning Loan.
All HE courses (full and part time) are subject to tuition fees.
