Construction Management & Civil Engineering

Construction Management is the planning and control of a construction project, from start to finish. It's about meeting a client's needs, and making sure a project reaches completion in a financially viable and satisfactory way.

In the South East, where more housing and facilities are needed, there are job opportunities and we can help you to gain the right qualifications that employers need.

Our courses are specifically designed to get you straight into a job after you have graduated. We work closely with local employers to ensure that what we teach you meets current industry demands.

For those of you already in employment within the construction industry, options exist to study courses on day-release, block-release or evening programmes according to the trade. Apprenticeships are also available.

We also offer an HNC in Civil Engineering on a part-time basis. If you would like further information on these courses please contact our Advice Centre.

All of our full time programmes include opportunities to support and enhance your learning so that you can achieve your goals and ambitions. Students enrol on a Study Programme which individualises their education whilst enhancing their employability skills. A Study programme is made up of four key elements which includes a main vocational qualification, the development of English and maths through the study of GCSE’s or Functional Skills, Work-related learning through work experience and Personal Development Reviews.
