Tennis Academy

The College's tennis programme is aimed at you enthusiastic tennis players and coaches aspiring to maximise your potential.  This is an ideal opportunity for you to combine tennis playing with flexible academic study.

Whilst on this course you will have access to daily sessions focusing on technical and tactical elements of the game, plus strength and conditioning sessions and match play, provided by the College's coaching team and the Franks Tennis Foundation.

For those of you wanting to play at elite level the Franks Tennis Foundation works closely with the Winning Ways High Performance and the Advanced Apprenticeship in Sporting Excellence (AASE) team at Batchwood Tennis Centre, providing additional training and funding opportunities.

For those of you wanting to pursue coaching the Franks Tennis Foundation works in association with UCoach, a nationally recognised provider of Coach Education courses and workshops. You will also have the opportunity to be mentored by experienced coaches during your field training.
