*Important update for level 1 and level 2 BTEC results*
Updated 20th August
The awarding organisation have informed us, on late Wednesday afternoon (19th), that there will be a delay in processing your grades for the last academic year. The awarding organisation have to come to this decision in light of the recent reforms issued to A-level and GCSE exam results. Pearson’s would like to review the results to ensure that no student undertaking a vocational qualification is disadvantaged in light of the recent changes made to A-Level and GCSE results. Therefore, Pearson’s have issued a statement detailing:
- They would like to review all results to ensure that students on vocational course are not being disadvantaged
- No student will be issued with a lower grade than that agreed by the college but they may be higher
In light of this new information, we would like reassure you that as soon as the grades are received we will send out further communication of when you can expect your results to be issued.
If you have any concerns or queries please do not hesitate to contact us at; email@example.com should you require further clarification. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may cause you however, if you wish to progress with your course at the next level at the college this will not affect your progression and next steps.
Please don’t worry if you haven’t received your BTec results as you can still enrol now. Call 01727 737000 if need any help or advice.
