A local aviation support services company in Hertfordshire have agreed to donate vital equipment which will enable the Travel & Tourism department at Oaklands College to create a brand new, bespoke facility for its students.

Cabinair Services Limited welcomed Travel & Tourism coordinator and lecturers Katie Acworth and Natali Vits to their impressive facilities earlier in the month, where they agreed to donate some spare seating rows to the college.

Oaklands College will use the triple aircraft seats to further enhance its latest project, which will turn one of the lecture rooms into a vocational facility, providing Travel & Tourism students with experience of working in an industry-standard environment.

Please note the college will be closed on Friday 31st March for our staff development day
