Local employers learn more about apprenticeships
Local companies attended the Apprenticeships Breakfast at the St Albans Campus with St Albans MP Anne Main.

More than 80 local companies attended the Apprenticeships Breakfast on Tuesday 10 March at the St Albans Campus with St Albans MP Anne Main.
The guests discovered the benefits of recruiting an apprentice within their organisations and how Oaklands can support them in recruiting the right candidate for the job.
Guests also learned about the College’s teaching frameworks and how these are consistently developed to ensure they are fit for purpose in the changing work environment.
The event resulted in three organisations wishing to recruit apprentices, and many more now considering this as a possibility to grow their talent pool.
