Open Evenings attract record numbers

20 November 2011
Last week’s Open Evenings broke all records for attendance with over 750 visitors across all four campuses: Alban Park, St Albans City, Smallford and Welwyn Garden City.

With a wide variety of courses available, excellent facilities and specialist centres including a beauty salon, restaurant, equine centre, working farm and construction centre, the College offers a fantastic choice of vocational and more traditional academic education for the local community.

Zoe Hancock, Principal of Oaklands College, commented: “The College is continually investing in education and facilities and we put the student at the heart of everything we do, keeping our courses current and forging links with the business community so that our students have the best possible options for their future career.”
