This week, Oaklands College students studying Horticulture at our expansive St Albans grounds were able to experience the wonderful sights and smells of the Royal Botanic Gardens.

E3 Horticulture students were taken to Kew Gardens as part of an educational trip designed to get their green thumb inspired project inspirations, whilst also enjoying the expansive facilities.

Head of Landbased Industries at Oaklands College Aneesa Kiani said: "The trip to Kew Gardens was a great inspiration for our students, who can take these ideas away with them and use them in future design projects."
