A daily lunchtime service to staff, students and anyone in the community. The Stables also hosts evening dining sessions to truly replicate any professional working restaurant. After a pre-dinner drink in the bar area, guests are welcomed to their table for a three course meal delivered by our students. The open plan restaurant gives our guests an insight to the real life pressures chefs tackle every day and the ultimate responsibility of cooking meals to order for paying customers.
