A Perfect Venue for Your Next Event

The Stables Restaurant makes a perfect private party venue available to hire. This small intimate location set in the Heart of the St Albans Campus can be hired for formal or informal occasions. We can serve up to 60 guests for a sit down functions, or up to 80 for a finger buffet option.

We have standard event menus for these occasions, however if you would like us to design a bespoke menu, or provide you with a themed event we would be happy to work with you to design your ideal event.

The Stables Restaurant is a versatile space which can be adopted to your needs. Whether you’re looking for a training venue or a private space hire, our team will be happy to discuss options with you.

The restaurant also provides courses which can be included in your event. The classes can make a great team-building exercise or be incorporated into a birthday party. View the list of available sessions for ideas!

With its modern décor and located in the heart of a 200-acre estate, The Stables Restaurant is suitable for private dining events. Whether you’re looking for a small private gathering or an exclusive party for you and your friends, the restaurant can be set up to your requirements.

"My husband & I both turned the ‘big 40’ this year so decided to have a party to celebrate. We had been looking around for a suitable venue in our local area of St Albans and then I found out that The Stables restaurant were planning on opening to the public for evening meals and functions.

"I spoke to Nicole Sadd who was great in helping us plan. She was really flexible in meeting our every need – dietary requirements, drinks on offer, menus, budget, room layout, etc. We had a brilliant party with 75 guests – starting with drinks on arrival, music, delicious food, drinking and lots of dancing. Everyone (age range 5-88) had a brilliant time and many commented on what a great venue it was. Thank you so much!"
