Course: A Levels in Media Studies, Photography and Sociology
“I’m proud and really happy with my grades, Oaklands College has been so much less restrictive than Sixth Form and has given me the freedom to fulfil my potential, the lovely, experienced teachers have helped me so much, I’ve achieved an A* in Sociology and two A’s in Photography and Media Studies and as a result, I’ve received an Unconditional offer from Lancaster University to study Criminology and Sociology!”
Finola completed both A2 and AS Work Experience placements during her two years of study at Oaklands College and will now be heading to Lancaster University!
My advice to students thinking about studying A Levels at Oaklands would be to just go for it, pick the subjects that you enjoy and that can lead to you fulfilling your goals and you’ll really enjoy it!
