Zeeshan enrolled at Oaklands College in September 2019, studying a Level 1 Diploma in Plumbing.Â
The Level 1 Diploma in Plumbing is the ideal course for students interested in entering the Plumbing and/or Electrical industry. The course gives students the opportunity to pick up some core skills and knowledge within the industry and provides opportunities to progress onto either the Level 2 or Level 3 Plumbing or Electrical Installation courses at Oaklands College.
Zeeshan’s quick progression on the Level 1 Diploma has been noticed by his peers and is making strong progress on his portfolio of skills.
Zeeshan has impressed his tutors and has been described as “a fully engaged student in both theory based learning and practical lessons, as a result of his hard-work and positive attitude, Zeeshan was voted in as class representative by his fellow students.”
Zeeshan said: “I enjoy that our assessments are carried out with real plumbing materials and equipment, it gives us the best opportunity to learn how to use the equipment and apply our skills to real working scenarios.”
