Why study Agriculture at Oaklands College
We specialise in breeding pedigree sheep, goats, cattle and pigs. We also run a commercial flock of sheep and during the busy lambing season our students have the opportunity to assist the farm manager on overnight duties.Â
Students also participate in visits to local farms to work with a variety of livestock species and gain experience on a rage of farm machinery.
Our students regularly take part in county shows preparing and showing our prize winning sheep and cattle.Â
