Gaining Skills

In today's competitive market, employers and universities are looking for more than just a qualification.  Taking a more holistic approach and not just learning technical skills will help you to become a well rounded individual and more attractive to employers.

Maths & English Skills

Maths and English skills are highly regarded by employers and universities so we ensure that you leave college having gained these. Grade 3's will be required to re-sit these exams and Grade 2 or below will study Functional Skills at the appropriate level for you - a stepping stone towards achieving a GCSE.

Development of Employability Skills & Work Experience

Thanks to our excellent relationships with local employers and companies, every student will have a minimum of 20 hours of work experience with a dedicated team to support you along the way.

Personal Development Skills

This covers all areas of mental health and wellbeing alongside education on equality and diversity in the community and life development skills such as finding employment and applying for higher education.
