Six Oaklands Hospitality & Catering students competed in the recent 2022 Hotel, Restaurant and Catering (HRC) International Catering Competition held at ExCeL London. The competition is the largest catering competition in the UK and takes place as part of the HRC Show, the business event for hospitality and foodservice professionals.
All six Level 1 students won awards, a fantastic start to their catering careers.
