Oaklands Wolves are delighted to confirm the return of academy standout Bo Guttormsdottir-Frost for the 2025/26 season.
The 6’1 forward made an instant impact after joining Oaklands College midway through last season, quickly establishing herself as a reliable presence off the bench in the Wolves’ top-flight roster. Now, with a full campaign ahead, excitement is building around just how much of a leap she can make in her second year.
Bo’s summer has been nothing short of remarkable. She represented Great Britain U18s at the European Championships, competed in the 3x3 European Youth Olympics, and capped it all off with an invitation to the prestigious NBA Basketball Without Borders camp. Those experiences are set to bring even more confidence and polish to her game heading into September.
Speaking on her return, Bo said:
“It’s a new season, new Pack, but we arrive with the same hunger! I can’t wait to get started – Go Wolves!”
Still just 16 years old, Bo averaged 5.6 points per game, shooting an impressive 37.5% from three-point range last season, while earning over 15 minutes of court time per game. With a year’s experience under her belt, she’ll be pushing to take on an even bigger role this year.
Head Coach Ryan is excited about what’s to come:
“Bo is a generational talent and we’re really looking forward to working with her for a full season this time. It’s part of Oaklands’ DNA to promote academy players and help them reach their potential, and Bo is well on the way already. She has the maturity and qualities to make a huge impact with our team this season – I’m excited to watch her flourish on this stage.”
With her combination of size, shooting ability, and international pedigree, Bo Guttormsdottir-Frost is set to be one of the Wolves’ most exciting players to watch in 2025/26.
