Oaklands College Level 2 Business students hosted their annual Business Sustainability Exhibition on Wednesday 18 March at the St Albans Campus. The event brought together students, staff, industry representatives, and members of the local community for an inspiring and interactive afternoon.
The exhibition highlighted the innovative, sustainability-focused work of our business students. Visitors had the chance to explore a wide range of ideas, initiatives, and research centred around responsible business practices. Students engaged directly with attendees, answering questions and receiving feedback, creating a lively and informative atmosphere throughout the event.
We were honoured to welcome Councillor Teresa Heritage, Mayor of the City and District of St Albans, whose presence added great value to the occasion. The event was also graced by Jill Watson, Chair of Sustainable St Albans, who shared her enthusiasm for the students’ creative ideas and praised the level of engagement throughout the exhibition.
The Business Sustainability Exhibition was a fantastic success, showcasing the talent, commitment, and creativity of our students, while highlighting the growing importance of sustainability in shaping future business thinking. We extend our thanks to everyone who attended and supported the event.
