Oaklands College has been proudly featured in a new international case study by WolfVision, highlighting how the college is leading the way in creating innovative, technology-driven learning environments.
The study focuses on the creation of Oaklands’ state-of-the-art iCollaborate space, a versatile facility which can be transformed from a lecture theatre into a professional-standard event venue. With retractable tiered seating for up to 180 people and an impressive six-metre widescreen display, the space has quickly become a hub for creativity and collaboration across the College.
At the centre of the iCollaborate space is WolfVision’s Cynap Pro system, which allows staff to combine and control multiple media sources with ease. From live streaming and presentations to video, music and interactive displays, the technology supports both dynamic teaching and high-quality events. WolfVision commended Oaklands College for its forward-thinking use of the system to enhance the student experience and provide staff with new ways to deliver engaging content.
The case study also highlights Oaklands’ integration of virtual reality in education, enabling students to take part in immersive simulations whilst classmates can observe and discuss the experience in real time.
