Saracens Womens Rugby Trials

The training day will run from 10am to no later than 4pm, delivering a structured programme designed to prepare players both tactically and competitively.

The day will begin with a preview meeting, followed by an on‑field units session, before concluding with contested games adapted to explore and reinforce key elements of our DNA.

More detailed timings for each session will be shared during the week commencing 6th April. Please note that only fully fit players will be able to take part.

Provisional Breakdown of the Day

  • 10:00am – Preview Meeting
    A focused session outlining objectives, themes, and expectations for the day.

  • Mid‑Morning – Units Session
    Position‑specific work designed to develop understanding, cohesion, and execution.

  • Afternoon – Contested Games
    Adapted competitive scenarios aimed at testing and embedding core principles of our DNA.

  • 4:00pm (Latest) – Finish

This schedule ensures a balanced mix of preparation, technical development, and competitive play within a concise training window.
