Your journey at Oaklands College is about to begin – and we’re excited to have you on board. Before you officially join us, there’s just one important step left: enrolment.

Oaklands enrolment period takes place after GCSE Results Day. In the run-up to Results Day, you’ll receive an email about which day to come in to your campus.
If you've not met your offer conditions when you receive your exam results, or exceeded them, don't worry! Please still come in and see us to discuss alternative course options.
Don't worry - Just come into your closest campus (St Albans or Welwyn Garden City) as soon as possible and we will enrol you.
We are open for enrolment at both campuses:
· Photo ID: Passport, UK Birth Certificate, BRP, or Settlement Status letter
· Qualifications: Original certificates or result slips
· Residency Documents (if in the UK for less than 3 years): Passport, e-Visa / Share Code, immigration documents, or Settlement Status letter
· Proof of Benefits/Low Income (for students 19+ applying for fee remission):
- National Insurance Number
- Evidence of means-tested benefits (e.g., Universal Credit, ESA, JSA, Pension Credit)
- If employed: Last 3 months' payslips
- If self-employed: Latest tax return or accountant’s letter
You will receive your timetable either during your enrolment or on your first day at Oaklands.
Yes, Oaklands students benefit from significantly discounted fares with Uno Buses. You will receive a QR code at or shortly after enrolment to access discounted travel.
We're open on Thursday 21st August, from 9am to 6.30pm, at both our St Albans and Welwyn Garden City campuses.
