About the course

In this six week course you will learn about the different methods of butchering an assortment of meats, as well how to turn them into tasty dishes, demonstrating a variety of cooking methods. Each session will last for 4 hours and you get to take everything home with you. The total price of the course '800 for six weeks. You will be working in high end facilities with professional equipment to make your experience comfortable and enjoyable. You will be provided with an Oaklands apron which you can take home with you
