About the course

As a Customer Service Practitioner you will develop an understanding for the customer journey and be contribute to an amazing customer experience.

Career options

Full-time employment. Upon completion, you can also progress to a higher level apprenticeship or qualification.

Career progression is excellent for apprentices, and over the course of their careers, those with an Apprenticeship earn on average, £100,000 more than those without. (A Cost-Benefit Analysis of Apprenticeships and Other Vocational Qualifications, University of Sheffield, 2007)

Course Content - What will I learn?

Your learning journey will develop knowledge in support of delivering an exceptional customer service journey, you will learn about your organisation, understand what they stand for, develop knowledge of legislation and regulation that will need to be adhered to, explore communication at all levels, develop an understanding for and apply influence and negotiation skills, be able to motivate colleagues and understand customers, their needs, expectations and how these can be aligned with your organisation, you will develop a customer focus while being able to keep your organisation at the heart of what you do.
