About the course

As a Customer Service Specialist you will learn about organisational structure, roles and responsibilities, explore how your role aligns with your organisation's vision and mission, examine the customer journey and explore how to develop and improve the experience for both the customer and organisation. Your understanding through your learning journey will support your ability to resolve customer, colleagues and stakeholder issues, queries and problems.

Course Content - What will I learn?

Through your Customer Service Specialist learning journey you will develop an understanding for and apply skills in Time Management, Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, The Customer journey, Culture and its effect on delivery, Managing Conflict, elements of Project Management, Coaching and Mentoring skills, Problem Solving and Decision Making. Skills, knowledge and behaviours through your apprenticeship will allow you to develop into your role while developing a customer centric approach and creating service improvements.
