As your provider, we will support your business in the following ways:
- Funding advice, including optimising Levy contributions, if relevant

- Free recruitment service covering advertising, sourcing, screening and shortlisting
- Access to high quality candidates through active talent pool management
An incentive payment of up to £1000 is available to ANY business employing an apprentice aged 16-18 (or age 19 to 24 who has previously been in care or who has a Local Authority Education, Health and Care plan).
