From CV writing and interview preparation to networking and digital skills, every student is supported to become truly career-ready alongside their course.
Through partnerships with employers, Get Career Ready includes guest speakers, workshops, live project briefs and industry-led activities, giving insight into real working environments and expectations.
Alongside this, students build key skills such as communication, teamwork, problem solving and digital confidence, while developing a clear understanding of career pathways.
By embedding these experiences within the curriculum, Get Career Ready supports both student progression and meaningful employer engagement, helping to create a talent pipeline that is better prepared for the workplace.
