Oaklands Wolves are delighted to announce the signing of Australian player Summah Evans for the upcoming SBL season.
Born in Cairns, Queensland, Evans is versatile wing with a proven track record as one of Australia's premier perimeter shooters. Arriving in St Albans following an outstanding 2026 campaign with the Cairns Dolphins where she averaged 18.1 points, 6.2 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game across 16 appearances while shooting an exceptional 45.8% from three-point range and 88.9% from the free-throw line.Born in Cairns, Queensland, Evans has built an impressive basketball résumé across Austalia, the United States and Europe. Her collegiate journey saw her compete at North Florida, Mercer University and Clemson University, Following graduation, Evans took her talents to Germany, signing with Eisvogel USC Freburg in the DBBL, where she averaged 13.3 points, 5.9 rebounds and 1.3 assists per gameEvans' ability to impact the game on both ends of the floor, coupled with her elite shooting touch, makes her an exciting addition to the Wolves roster.
