Beth Sarson Returns to Oaklands Wolves for the 2026/27 SLBW Season

Oaklands Wolves are thrilled to secure the return of Beth Sarson ahead of the 2026-27 Super League Basketball Women (SLBW) season.

A familiar face within the Wolves programme, Sarson rejoins the club bringing valuable experience, leadership, and a deep understanding of the Oaklands culture as the team prepares for another exciting campaign. Her versatility, work ethic, and competitive mindset make her a significant addition as the Wolves continue to push on all fronts at the top end of the SLB in 2026/27.

Throughout her career, Sarson has established herself as one of the league's most reliable guards. Since re-joining Oaklands in 2021, she has made more than 90 appearances with averages of 12.3 points, 3.4 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game.

Speaking on her return, Beth Sarson said:

"I'm incredibly excited to be back at Oaklands. This club has always felt like home to me, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to wear the Wolves jersey again. The ambition of the programme, the culture within the club, and the support from the fans made this an easy decision. I can't wait to get back on court with the team and contribute however I can to a successful season."

Oaklands Wolves Head Coach Lee Ryan welcomed the signing:

"We're thrilled to have Beth back! She understands what it means to represent Oaklands and embodies the standards we expect from our players every day. Beth brings experience, enthusiasm and a team-first mentality that will have a positive impact on our group both on and off the floor. Her knowledge of the league, ability to impact games in multiple ways, and understanding of our culture make her a valuable addition as we prepare for the season ahead.

Beth is the latest edition to the exciting roster the Wolves are building, follow along for more announcements
