About the course

We are developing an exciting range of practical cookery courses designed to help you build confidence in the kitchen, learn new techniques and create delicious dishes from scratch. Planned courses include: Three Bird Roast 'master the art of preparing and cooking this impressive centrepiece. Dinner Parties 'create restaurant-quality dishes to entertain family and friends. Easter Cooking 'learn seasonal recipes and celebration favourites. Knife Skills & Sauces 'build essential kitchen skills and learn how to make a variety of classic sauces. Thai Street Food 'discover authentic flavours and popular street food dishes from Thailand and Family Meals 'prepare nutritious, affordable and tasty meals the whole family will enjoy. These courses are not yet open for enrolment, but we are taking enquiries. Continue to develop your cookery skills by joining other themed cookery courses.

Materials to be provided by the learners: Notebook and pen, apron and tea towel. Approximately 1 week before the course is due to start learners will receive a list of ingredients to purchase for the first lesson.
