Beaumont School Students Visit Oaklands College for School Explorer Experience

This week, Oaklands College was pleased to welcome 240 Year 10 students and 20 staff from Beaumont School to campus as part of our School Explorer programme, giving them an insight into college life and the wide range of courses available.

During the visit, students took part in interactive sessions within their chosen curriculum areas, alongside a campus tour, allowing them to explore our facilities and experience a taste of college learning.

Curriculum areas involved in the visit included:

  • Art, Fashion and Design

  • Brickwork

  • Business

  • Carpentry and Joinery

  • Computing and IT

  • Construction Management (T Levels)

  • Electrical Installation

  • Equine

  • Hospitality and Catering
