Oaklands Level 3 Beauty Students Collaborate with The Grove Spa

Oaklands Level 3 Beauty students recently took part in a three-day collaboration with The Grove Spa, designed to enhance industry knowledge, practical skills, and career progression opportunities.

The first day introduced students to the spa environment and professional working practices, covering workplace expectations, schedules, and an overview of the USP experiences and the Junior Programme, highlighting progression opportunities after completing Level 3 Beauty.

On the second day, students observed the Spa Manager during active salon sessions, gaining insight into professional customer care, consultation procedures, dress code standards, and treatment delivery. The day also included demonstrations of additional massage techniques and individual feedback to support each student’s professional development.

Day three, scheduled for the New Year, will see applications open for the Grove Spa Junior Spa Route, providing students with a clear pathway from education into professional spa employment.

This collaboration gives students a real-world experience of working in a professional spa environment and prepares them for a successful career in the beauty industry.
