The training day will run from 10am to no later than 4pm, delivering a structured programme designed to prepare players both tactically and competitively. The day will begin with a preview meeting, followed by an on‑field units session, before concluding with contested games adapted to explore and reinforce key elements of our DNA.

This exciting two‑day event brings together talented karate athletes from across the region for a professionally run and action‑packed tournament.
