As part of the wider Oaklands College Masterplan, the Animal Approach offers a first look at how key areas of our land‑based campus may evolve in the coming years. The Creative Gateway forms part of the wider Oaklands College Masterplan and offers an early visual impression of how this key arrival point to our creative and vocational areas could develop in the future. This walkthrough presents an initial concept of how the space may evolve to create a more welcoming, connected and inspiring route through the campus.

While plans are still in progress, the vision highlights opportunities to enhance movement, visibility and the overall experience for students, staff and visitors as they navigate this important part of the college.

Film Studio Walkthrough

As part of the evolving Oaklands College Masterplan, the Film Studio walkthrough offers an early look at how our creative media facilities could be enhanced in the future. Campus Flyover Overview

As part of the Oaklands College Masterplan, this campus flyover provides a broad visual overview of how key areas of the estate could evolve in the years ahead. Oaklands College Confirms Commitment to Welwyn Garden City

Oaklands College has reaffirmed that it will remain in Welwyn Garden City. Although the campus appears in the council’s draft Local Plan, no decisions have been made about redevelopment or relocation.

The College continues to invest in the current site and remains committed to supporting local skills, education, and the town’s future.
