BMW Visits Oaklands College to Share Workplace Skills with Business Students

Level 2 Business students at Oaklands College recently welcomed Manjit and Thierry from BMW for a guest speaker session exploring workplace behaviours and the professional skills needed to succeed in the world of work.

During the session, students were given a brief focused on managing and improving behaviours in the workplace. This provided an opportunity to consider how professional behaviours influence working relationships, team dynamics and the wider business environment.

By hearing directly from industry professionals, students gained valuable insight into workplace expectations and how the skills they develop during their studies can be applied in real business settings.

Oaklands College would like to thank Manjit and Thierry from BMW for taking the time to share their knowledge and experience with our students.
