Our Hospitality & Catering facilities are the only training kitchens of their type available in this part of Hertfordshire, capable of delivering courses up to the Level 3 in Advanced Professional Cookery as well as a Level 2 Diploma in Hospitality Services.
Students are able to train in our professional restaurant The Stables Restaurant. Led by our award-winning chefs, you will learn the professional skills required to provide an outstanding dining experience.

TERRIFIC TRIPS - Our Level 3 students recently enjoyed a trip to The Shard, where they visited the Shangri-La Hotel. Students were treated to a guided tour of the hospitality provision and enjoyed lunch at the Ting Restaurant.
