Taiwanese International Chieh Ou Brings Experience and Versatility to the Oaklands Wolves
Oaklands Wolves are delighted to announce the signing of Taiwanese international Chieh Ou ahead of the upcoming Super League Basketball (SLB) Women season.
Ou arrives in St Albans after building an outstanding professional career in Taiwan with Cathay Life, one of the country's most successful women's basketball programmes, where she competed for nearly a decade in the Women's Super Basketball League (WSBL). In 2025, Ou had an impressive campaign with the Inner West Bulls in Australia's NBL1 East competition, where she averaged 14.3 points, 6.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.3 steals per game while shooting 48.3% from the field.
Standing at 6'1", the forward brings a versatile skill set that allows her to impact games in multiple ways, and at both ends of the floor. Her combination of size, experience and intelligence will add valuable depth to the Wolves lineup.
