Having been here for two years I have gained a lot of knowledge regarding preparing, cooking and plating up various dishes. I feel really privileged to have been chosen to represent the catering department at various events where I showed off my skills including the Young Restaurant Team of the Year competition where I was a semi-finalist. With my qualifications and experience I will pursue my career and hopefully one day own my own patisserie business.
