Kane spent two years at Oaklands College’s Welwyn Garden City campus, where he studied a Level 3 Extended BTEC Diploma in Performing Arts.

A popular member of the Performing Arts cohort in 2016/17 amongst teachers and his peers, Kane excelled on the course achieving a Distinction, Distinction, Merit and progressing into a career within the industry.

“A few months after leaving Oaklands, I was approached by Act One Pantomimes and was asked to take the lead role as Dick Whittington in Harpenden’s pantomime, alongside a few TV stars.”

Once his contract with the pantomime finished, Kane became the lead male vocalist for Haven Holidays in Weymouth and then Norfolk.

“Whilst working and singing across the country with Haven, I also performed at other events such as Herts Pride and a Christmas lights switch-on.

As part of my career, I get to perform at some amazing events and I look forward to seeing what my next adventure is!”
