College students cook for Princess Anne

Oaklands College lecturer Paul Woodand and 3 Level 2 NVQ catering students - Rose White, Matthew Mozahary and Adam Chamberlin, were asked to prepare, cook and serve Cocktail Canapés to HRH Princess Anne and 260 invited guests last week.

Oaklands College lecturer Paul Woodand and 3 Level 2 NVQ catering students – Rose White, Matthew Mozahary and Adam Chamberlin, were asked to prepare, cook and serve Cocktail Canapés to HRH Princess Anne and 260 invited guests last week. She was attending the annual University of London Officers Training Corps at their barracks in London.

They were given this opportunity as Paul is the Regimental Catering Warrant Officer for the University of London Officers Training Corps (ULOTC). In March they are cooking for the ULOTC annual Regimental dinner for 250 guests at their barracks in London.
