This week, Level 3 Year 2 Equine students were busy teaching staff members, as part of their Equestrian Coaching Module the basics of horse care, grooming and riding tutorials.

It was a case of roles reversed during a practical lesson this week, as Level 3 Year 2 Equine students passed on their skills and knowledge and new expertise onto staff, as part of their latest coaching module.

Surrounded by the impressive facilities at the college’s St Albans Campus, which include a solarium and horse walker, indoor and outdoor arenas, paddocks and expansive college grounds excellent for hacking, students were able to teach horse-care, grooming regimes, riding techniques and more.
